Every Crisis, Due-Process, and SB 179 PDF generated by Beacon stamps a content hash and an attestation receipt in its footer. This page verifies that the hash was logged in our independent third-party registry on the date shown — establishing chain-of-custody for legal and audit review.
Where do I find the hash?
Open any Beacon-generated PDF (Crisis Event, Parent Contact / Due-Process, or SB 179 Report). At the very bottom of every page you'll see a line like:
SHA-256: 3f5a2b8c1d4e7f9a...
Copy the full 64-character hex value and paste it above.
What this proves and doesn't prove. A successful match confirms that the document's content hash was registered with our attestation log on the date shown — independent of when the PDF itself was printed. It does not prove the document accurately represents the underlying record at any later date. For records-management questions about the underlying counselor record, contact the issuing district directly.
